No Quibble Return Policy


My name is Julie, This is my site and my business. I take GREAT pride in the work I do and love making personalised jewellery for you. 

I want you to be 100% happy with what I have created for you. Should you have any issue, at all, with what I have created then I, personally, guarantee you a full refund. 

If, for any reason you are not happy PLEASE, PLEASE get in touch via the message app or contact form and lets see if we can work this out. 

If after contacting me, you are still not happy, then send the item back and as soon as it gets here I will refund you payment. To be fair to me, please do this within 30 days of getting your product - thanks.

There is some 'small print' below - seemingly we both need that for our protection, but I aim to please so lets get any issue sorted amicably,

I will feel gutted if I haven't delighted you, but I promise that I will make sure you get your payment back.

HERE is the dreaded small print! (And just to be contrary its the same size as the rest of the page!) 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number, your email address, something like that - if you have contacted me anyway I will know this).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as practically possible BUT no later than 10 working days. (I strive to do this quickly,  but this allows for holidays etc).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Theta Jewellery, 1 Waterloo Bank Penicuik, Midlothian, EH26 8NS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Most post and courier services are efficient but we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If at any time you do not feel that a proposed resolution is to your satisfaction, you can use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution website to act as an arbitrator between us to ensure that your case is resolved fairly.
